The grand opening of the first ever Wing Zone restaurant in Manila was a resounding success, attended by some of today’s top names in the local showbiz industry.
The new Wing Zone resto, strategically nestled at the second floor Atrium of Megamall, opened doors to stars Bret Jackson, Shy Carlos, Ella Cruz and Cristine Reyes. Michelle Gumabao also graced the grand opening who was all smiles with her brother Marco Gumabao at her side.
The ribbon cutting commenced at 3 pm, led by Viva Entertainment Chairman and CEO Vic Del Rosario, Jr. along with VR Del Rosario who heads Viva International Food & Restaurants.
Eventgoers were served with delectable plates of tender chicken wings and chips, all coated with different mouth-watering flavors. Wing Zone offers a variety of flavors ideal for foodies and casual eaters alike. These include Sweet Samurai, Smokin’ Q, Thai Chili, Liquid Gold, Lemon Zinger and Cool Ranch.
Wing Zone, a fast casual restaurant known for its flavorful chicken wings and burgers, opened shop in the Philippines after its Zone’s master franchise in Singapore, JNM Dining Concepts signed a franchise deal with Viva IFR.
Speaking at the sidelines of the event, Johnny Mayani, Managing Director of JNM Dining Concepts, said that they are eyeing to further expand in the Philippines by putting up 50 new Wing Zone stores in the next five to seven years.
