Several Viva artists flocked at the opening of Boss Vic’s newest restaurant, BOTEJYU, at the SM Mall of Asia. Among the early birds were Cristine Reyes and husband Ali Khatibi, Lauren Reid, Joanne Quintas, Champ Lui Pio and Antoinette Taus. Teen Dance Princess Ella Cruz and Singer Mark Bautista were not able to attend the opening ceremony but were able to catch up and celebrate Botejyu’s debut with fellow Viva stars.
BOTEJYU takes pride in serving authentic Japanese cuisine. What makes it different from other Japanese restaurants in the Philippines is that each of its ingredients directly come from Hokkaido, one of the four major islands of Japan.
Assistant Manager of BOTEJYU’s Overseas Operations Department Pitamber Singh Rawat said that all of BOTEJYU’s recipes are original and authentic Japanese.
Viva CEO Vic Del Rosario, popularly known as Boss Vic, revealed that Viva International Food & Restaurant, Viva’s food subsidiary, will be opening two more stores this year.
BOTEJYU is located at SM MOA’s Ground Floor, North Wing, Entertainment Mall.
