STAR FOR A NIGHT is pioneered the primetime talent search in the country. Hosted by no less than the Asia’s songbird and concert diva, MS. REGINE VELASQUEZ, the show serves as a lunching pad for fresh and new stars in the making.

Auditions are done nationwide and after which, in moments of high emotion, our cameras surprise the lucky few who get through--- at home, school or work--- as the segment host,

offers them to be in the spotlight. In the studio, four contestants face the music industry professionals who tell them if they have what it takes to be a STAR FOR A NIGHT.

Aired over IBC Channel 13 every Saturday at 8-9pm, Viva Television produces this all-Filipino version of STAR FOR A NIGHT but with the same top quality production values of the original high-rating UK show.
