under the tradename Viva Films – Spurred by the tremendous
success and nationwide appeal of his young music talent (Sharon Cuneta),
Mr. Vicente del Rosario, Jr. (Viva’s Chairman of the Board and CEO)
hit on a brilliant idea - why not translate her albums’ success into
the big screen (movies). So in 1981Viva Films was born and the rest is history.
