Director Carlo J. Caparas, once again used his magic touch in Massacre films with no less than Vilma Santos in the starring role. In the movie, Vilma played the role of Helen Arandia, who was brutally murdered along with her two daughters, aged 8 and 6, in Lipa, Batangas. At that time Ronald, (Helen's husband) played by Joel Torre, was at work in Saudi Arabia. The movie is not a massacre movie per se but which main thrust is on the beautiful love story of the couple. Also in the cast is John Regala, in his most impressive performance as the "MURDERER'. Plus an added attraction thru the special guest appearance of Batangas Congressman Ralph Recto as himself.

Charina Scott was the little girl who was killed while trying to escape. Romeo Vasquez was the husband and father, who had made it his life's work to bring the murderers of his family to justice.
